Worksite 1- IICC Dwarka, New Delhi

Needed a single solution for several contractors hired by L&T without taking up space in the ground area. Solution

We provided a hanging scaffold solution to L&T, which was convenient for several electrical and mechanical contractors to work at a single time. 

Following pain points were solved- 

  • Freed up the complete ground area, thus creating better mobility. 
  • Several smaller contractors could work at the same time, which saved a lot of time and energy for L&T to arrange work at height solutions for each contractor individually.
  • Machinery and tools could be carried in one go, thus helping save a lot of time.  





Worksite 2-Mumbai Metro Project

Problem Statement

Needed to work on the 3-9 o clock part of the tunnel which was difficult to access

Y Equipment Services Solution

 We provided an easy to move Both Side Cantilever Scaffolding tower that aided working on all three sides of the tunnel- left, top and right side. 

The pain points we resolved- 

  • One solution to easily access all three sides of the tunnel.
  • Easy to access and the tower had ample space to keep all tools and machinery without the need of getting down to collect equipment
  • The scaffold was extremely light weight and easily movable. 

Worksite 3- IIT Bhillai

Problem Statement

Needed a movable solution for painting and plastering on walls. Required light weight solution since heavy weight could damage the flooring.

We solved several pain points- 

  • Floor damage was avoided due to the light weight

  • An MS scaffold would have taken a lot of area, which was avoided as well 






Worksite 4-L&TMetro Project- Agra

Problem Statement

Needed Easy Access for ceiling work at Agra Metro Station

 We provided an easy to move single width stairway access tower to the client, helping them cover the entire ceiling area in lesser time. 

The pain points we resolved- 

  • Time Saving for the client
  • Alternative solutions lie MS Scaffolds are unsafe and extremely bulky. Our solution was an Aluminium based scaffold which was extremely safe and light weight 

Worksite 5-L&T Wet Division, HPCL Barmer Refinery  Project

Problem Statement

Required working on pipe racks which is difficult with a conventional scaffolding system.
